Her adaptability in dynamic environments and her strengths in organizational design, effectiveness, change management, employee relations, talent development, recruiting, and leadership coaching make her a standout professional.
A passionate advocate for mentoring, Deb has devoted her time to various non-profit organizations, including Minnesota State University, Mankato, where she earned a B.S. in Management and Industrial Relations.
Deb’s journey with Hope for Tomorrow began as a mentor in the 2015-2016 school season within the Eagan Chapter. Her commitment and leadership qualities soon led her to co-lead the chapter in the 2017-2018 season. Recognizing her dedication and expertise, she was nominated as a Board member in 2018 and assumed the role of Secretary in 2019. In August 2020, she further extended her contributions by accepting a nomination as Vice Chair.
Hope for Tomorrow is an organization dedicated to empowering young teens to realize their full personal and academic potential through mentoring relationships with caring adults. Each mentoring group partners with a school to form a chapter, where women mentor girls and men mentor boys in separate groups. The organization operates on a voluntary basis, with students nominated by school personnel who demonstrate strong potential for personal growth and academic achievement.
